Who actually prints my job?
One of our production partners in Australia or overseas, chosen for that specific job. We choose them, manage them and answer for them, so your relationship and your recourse are with ICPrint. If you need Australian-made, or have other requirements, tell us and we'll quote accordingly.
Will my job be made in Australia or overseas?
It depends on the job and your preference. Australian production often suits urgent and short-run work. Some larger runs or specialist products with enough lead time may benefit from offshore production, including in China. We'll explain the trade-offs, such as lead time and freight, before you decide. If you need Australian-made, tell us and we'll quote accordingly.
How do I know the quality will be good?

What happens if something goes wrong?
You call us, not a factory. We sort it out with the production partner. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply too.
